Revenue Ramp AI ("we," "us"), a division of Rescue Commercial Capital Corp, helps local service businesses recover lost revenue with AI automation and revenue audits. This policy explains what we collect through our website and forms, what we do with it, and how to opt out.
What we collect
- What you give us: your name, email address, phone number, business name, and industry when you fill out a form, book a call, request a scorecard, or buy a service.
- What you tell us in an audit: answers during a Revenue Leak Audit interview, including recorded or transcribed calls with our AI interviewer, and business data you choose to send, such as CRM or call-log exports.
- What your browser shares: IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, and referring site, collected through cookies and similar tools.
- Messages: the content and timing of texts, emails, and calls between you and us.
How we use it
- To deliver what you asked for, such as your scorecard, audit, or a call back.
- To follow up by phone, text, and email about your request and our services, consistent with your consent and choices.
- To improve our website and services.
- To meet legal and tax obligations and prevent fraud.
We do not sell your personal information.
Who we share it with
We use service providers to run our business, including our CRM and messaging platform (GoHighLevel), phone and text carrier partners, email delivery, scheduling, payment processing, and website hosting. They may only use your information to provide services to us.
Mobile information: No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties for their own purposes. Service providers may process this information only on our behalf to deliver and support our messaging services.
We may also disclose information if required by law, or in a sale or merger of the business.
Cookies and tracking
Our website and connected services may use cookies and similar tools to operate and understand how the site is used. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. We will update this policy if we introduce advertising pixels or additional tracking tools.
Your choices and how to opt out

- Emails: use the unsubscribe link in a marketing email, or email docs@revenuerampai.com.
- Calls: tell us to put you on our do-not-call list.
- Access, correction, deletion: email docs@revenuerampai.com. We will respond within the time required by applicable law. Depending on where you live and which laws apply, you may have additional rights, including to know, correct, or delete personal information and opt out of targeted advertising. We do not discriminate against you for exercising applicable rights.
How long we keep it
We keep personal information as long as needed to serve you and meet legal requirements, then delete or anonymize it.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards, but no system is perfectly secure.
Children
Our services are for businesses and are not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes
We will post updates on this page and change the effective date above.
